A message from Mama Susan: Alas, the recipe for "Lazified Cornbread posted before
March 12 had (gasp!) a mistake. It read 1 1/4 cups oil, but SHOULD have read 1/4 cup. It
makes a difference, so please take note.

Hey Y'all - Testing Mama Susan's web guest book. The shrimp remoulade is my
perennial favorite, and Mama S's cobbler always disappears within minutes of coming out of
the oven. I use the book a lot for reference when I have general cooking questions.
